What Is Really Weighing You Down

WomenWhen I first started out as a health coach, I was super excited to share all of the health benefits of kale with all of my women clients. I found it fascinating that we could heal our bodies by eating the right kinds of food. 

I still love kale, but over the years I witnessed my clients eat kale, move their bodies, reduce sugar and still not feel as good as they desired and deserved to feel on a daily basis. 

Yes, they were losing weight because they were making healthy changes in their life but they were still not feeling satisfied or comfortable with their bodies. 

There was something else going on that was really weighing them down. 

So what is really weighing us down and keeping us from feeling healthy, confident and vibrant every single day? 

This is such an important question to ask ourselves when we are thinking about our health and wellness.
