Sweet Treat Recipes

When I first discovered that I should be eating differently than my friends, family and co-workers, I felt such a huge sense of relief that I didn’t have to follow a “diet”, but rather discover what foods really helped my body thrive.

It was a that moment that I began the slow process of not being so hard on myself about what I was putting into my body. It has really helped me stop restricting or depriving my body of anything that I love to eat. Just by letting go of this expectation that I had on myself I have maintained my healthy weight.

As we start heading towards the busy holiday season, I want you to remember that being healthy doesn’t mean that you have to give up your “sweet treats ” or your wine. Being healthy is figuring out what exactly your body needs to thrive, we are all individuals so what I eat should and will be different from what you eat.

I am a big component of not restricting or depriving my body and I hope this really resonates with you. Today I am sharing a few of my favorite sweet treat recipes that help increase my energy levels and decrease my sugar cravings plus they keep my hormones in a healthy balance during the busy holiday season.

Hope you enjoy my sweet treat recipes!
