It’s Not You, It’s Your Hormones

ItI am having a It’s Not You, It’s Your Hormones Session on Learn It Live on Wednesday, September 25th at 5 p.m. PST.

I spent most of my Summer studying with one of my favorite doctors, Dr. Sara Gottfried.

You may have heard of her, she is the New York Time’s Bestselling author of The Hormone Cure and has helped thousands of woman balance their hormones without prescriptions.

I was having a lot of hormonal issues; crazy mood swings, weirder than usual cravings and almost pure exhaustion on some days.

I knew it was more than what I was eating and I was pretty sure I was having some sort of hormonal imbalance. I started studying with her so I could support my own health and wellness journey.

The past few months were truly transforming for me and I am so excited to be able to share all of my new knowledge with you!
