Increase Your Energy Naturally

How many cups of coffee a day do you feel like you need in order to function? Whenever I ask this question to a group of women, especially new moms, it’s usually an average of two to four cups.

I’m not here to take your coffee away, but I love helping women incorporate foods that support your hormones and naturally increase your energy levels so you can do all the things you enjoy.

When Lauren decided to join my group program last spring, she was experiencing extreme fatigue and felt like her feet were cement, even with her four cups of coffee a day! You can imagine how difficult it was to chase after her almost two-year old son.

Lauren and I caught up last week and filmed a fun video for you. It was really amazing to hear how she’s been able to transform her health after being a part of my five-week group program dedicated to hormonal health. She went from needing four cups of coffee a day to function, to increasing her energy naturally by balancing her hormones with food and lifestyle shifts.

I run this program a few times a year and everyone has the most incredible health transformations. During my group program we focus a lot on balancing your blood sugar levels, coping with stress, and eating in a way that supports your gut, liver health, and your lifestyle. It’s vital to get enough sleep over the years and to also laugh and spend time with the ones we love. If you’d like additional information about my five-week group program starting on September 16th, read about it here!
