Simple Delish Recipe: Fast Cookies

Prep Time: 5 minutes 

Yields: 10 

Grocery List 

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao
  • 3 tablespoons organic no sugar added peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Directions

  • Put honey, almond milk and cacao into a saucepan, bring it to a boil then simmer for 3 minutes
  • Add the peanut butter and stir until dissolved
  • Remove from the heat and add the vanilla, oats and walnuts
  • Stir well then form into small cookies
  • Cool and then Enjoy
