Simple Delish Recipe: Katie B’s Green Smoothie

Grocery List:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • A handful of spinach
  • A handful of Kale
  • 1 teaspoon of Maca
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat grass
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • A dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Toss everything into your blender/Nutri Bullet/Magic Bullet
  2. Blend it
  3. ENJOY
