Week One Module – How To Nourish Your Body
• Forget about what all of the diet books tell you, I am going to share with you how you can feel healthy right now and start creating and maintaining your new and fabulous healthy lifestyle.
• You will nourish and satisfy your body right now with my step-by-step coaching on what you need in the kitchen, how to grocery shop in less than an hour, a meal prepping plan, food staples you will need in your kitchen so you can feel healthy and not binge, plus how to read labels and prepare healthy and easy meals.

Week One Group Session • Choosing How You Feel
- Moment to moment, we choose to listen to ourselves and take actions that further what we want OR we have a reaction to something based on what we’ve been taught or brought up with. Nicole Leigh and I will show you how to develop your own personal power and choice, connect to your true self, gain clarity around what you want and actively live “Above the Line.”
Week Two Module – Stress, Sugar & Our Bodies
• We will always have stress in our lives, that is not going to change. What can change is the way we react and cope to what is going on in our lives. Learn how you can improve your digestion, your cravings and your relationship with your career by getting your stress under control. I’m going to show you how to unwind and de-stress in less than a minute.
• What supplements you must add into your daily regimen, why they are so important and how they help to balance your hormones.
- One of the most addicting things in the world is sugar. Sugar is in everything and gives us an instant energy high but slowly brings us down. In order to feel more energetic, focused and joyful we must say goodbye to sugar. I will show you how to get rid of your sugar cravings for good while still indulging in your favorite foods and treats.
- Discover why it’s so important to become best friends with your cravings. The reason we have cravings is not a negative thing as we are often told by the media. Cravings are your bodies way of showing you what it truly needs in order to thrive. I will show you how to cure any craving your body has without guilt and restriction.

Week Two Group Session – Stop Feeling Trapped In Your Body
- What Is Really Weighing You Down? I’m going to let you in on one simple secret; It’s not the food. Food is our gateway to discover what is really going on. We can all cut back on sugar, gluten, processed foods, but we still might not feel as good as we would like to every single day. Discover how to get past your blocks and start creating new healthy habits. What we say and think about our body not only affects our mood but also digestion, weight and our health. Together we will change our negative body talk into positive and present thoughts, improving our relationship to our body and our health.
Week Three Module – Getting To Know Your Hormones
• Learn how to work with your hormones instead of against them. We have spent so much time dreading our monthly period and hormones instead of understanding them. I am going to share everything you need to know about your hormones so that you can keep calm and motivated all month long no matter what is going on in your life.
• You will have the opportunity to do a self assessment of your hormones and schedule a 30 minute session with me to see what you need to add into your life to feel more balanced in your body.

Group Three Session – Creating A New Relationship With Our Body
- With loving support we can create the best relationship we have ever had with our body, our health and our life. Together we will toss out the old thoughts we have so we can fall in love more with how we look and feel right now without waiting for that right job, relationship and bank account to be full.
Week Four Module -Stay Healthy Even When You Are Busy
• When we get busy we tend to eat less and gain more weight. I will show you how to become so mindful that you not only maintain and lose weight but also enjoy your food so much more. I will teach you how chewing your food actually helps you decrease your feelings of hunger and why slowing down in all areas of your life helps you create a more mindful approach to your body and life.
• The real truth about portion sizes! It’s not only the quantity that is important but also the quality of your food. How to eat more, but weigh less!
Thrive In Your Body Expert Brittney Castro will be sharing how we can create healthy habits with our money so that we can Thrive In Our Bodies. She will share how to budget wisely so we can spend more money on our health and well-being and how to set up systems to manage our money with more grace and ease every month.
Module Four Group Session – Creating and Maintaing Your Healthy Life
- You will let go of feeling bad about your bodies and your food decisions you make every single day. We will stop putting such high expectations on the way we look, feel, what you do, what you make and just enjoy life. I will share how you can and will create more time for yourself and to do all of the things that help you feel healthy in your body.
Module Five – Start Loving Your Body More Now
• Move past your failed attempts to be healthy and understand how years of dieting or toxic thoughts about your body have created a poor body image and how we can move past this once and for all.
• How confidence about your body helps you create a better relationship with your partner, your boss and more importantly about yourself. I will share my step-by-step process that has helped tons of women stop beating themselves up about their body.
As woman we have a deep emotional connection to food. I will show you how to heal from your past and move forward with your relationship to food and your body. You will learn what to do when you are having an off day instead of reaching for ice cream and chips.
I will share with you how you can maintain your fabulous and new healthy lifestyle even though you are a busy woman on the go or everyone around you is eating junk food.
