It seems that most of us have a surge of wellness inspiration around the New Year, but then it slowly fades away by the third week of January. When we set unrealistic expectations around our weight and nutrition, we tend to become frustrated very easily if we don’t see quick results.

If you don’t see or feel your body transforming immediately, you can easily fall back into old habits instead of creating the body that you could feel beautiful and confident in. Habits are hard to give up. You know they aren’t ideal, but they are comfortable and familiar. That’s why we call them habits!

I am a Certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, am Board Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, as well as a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher.
