What Are Your 5 Non-Negotiables?

WomenWhenever I have a few extra moments in my life I like to check in with myself to see if I am living the life that I want to live every single day.

How often are you able to check in with yourself to see how you are feeling and if that feeling is what you truly want to experience?

When we get busy in our lives the first thing we forget about is ourselves.

We forget to eat meals so we start snacking on things that are not nourishing our bodies. We tend to sleep less causing our bodies to feel tired and then we slowly stop moving our bodies enough.

In my Thrive In Your Body Mastery Program I teach and empower women how to make themselves a priority. When you are thriving in your body every single day you feel more energetic, make healthier choices, have amazing relationships and flourish in your career.

Today I am introducing you to the 5 Non-Negotiables. Chelsea Rothert, a friend of mine (and an amazing yoga teacher) introduced this concept to me a few months ago and it has been an amazing addition to my life.
