I believe in eating plenty of chocolate and enjoying dessert. Because what is the point of living a healthy and joyful life without chocolate? 😉 Plus real chocolate aka raw cacao is one of the best ways to balance your mood and hormones.
So just for you, here is my chocolate pudding recipe. It takes less than five minutes to make and will satisfy any and all of your chocolate cravings! Â
Grocery List:
- 1 Ripe AvocadoÂ
- 1/4 cup of Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey or a small dash of stevia (since stevia is so sweet you don’t need as much as the honey)
- 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions:
- Puree until smooth, serve chilled.Â
- Enjoy!

- You can also add shredded coconut, raspberries and or strawberries to the top after blended
