Here are some ways you can find calmness in your day and week to help you feeling vibrant, joyful and healthy during this holiday season!

  • Smile even if you are faking it!
  • Laugh (Youtube animal are a great place to start)
  • Sip a cup of peppermint tea
  • Go and buy yourself flowers
  • Call your BFF and have her tell you something great
  • Stand up and go outside for a quick walk
  • Take deep long breathes in through the nose and sigh it out your mouth
  • Go to people.com (always works for me)
  • Look at photos on your phone
  • Make an appointment for a massage or pedicure/manicure (or both)
  • Light a candle
