This is your opportunity to work with me without a three or six month commitment. I’ve previously only offered single sessions to clients after they have completed either a three or six month program with me. I only have five single sessions, once they are gone they won’t be back!

This offer is non refundable, and you may reschedule your session once if needed. Your session must be scheduled by January 30, 2023. You can only purchase one single session.

My three and six month programs are my signature programs where we spend months focusing on your health and wellness goals. If you join one of these programs you will receive a bonus one hour session with me. If you’re interested in working together long term, you can choose a time on my calendar for a consultation call. If the consultation call is booked before November 30th and you sign up for a three or six month program, you will receive the bonus one hour session with me.
