Drink Greens

If you had told me several years ago that I would be excited to make green juice and green smoothies every day, I would not believe you. I usually had a bowl of cereal, healthy so I thought and maybe a piece of fruit. I was usually eating on the go and not taking enough time to nourish my body or give it the energy it deserved so I could be focused at work. I would always need a snack by 10 in the morning and some tea to help me get to lunch time.
When I discovered the amazing effects of eating greens at every meal my life totally changed. I started to have more energy, my face was glowing and I was way more focused at work. Now every morning I look forward to making and drinking my greens. I love kale, swiss chard and spinach mixed with some fruit.
Once you start incorporating greens into your life take time to notice what feels different in your body.

It is important that we eat greens but what is even more important is how our bodies feel and how we can read our bodies signals once we start feeding our body energy and grounding greens!
