Eat More Real Chocolate

real_cacao_1_150x159This past weekend at the South Bay Yoga Conference I gave a talk called Are You A Chocoholic? where I told all of the ladies to eat all of the real raw chocolate they wanted to! They were so excited to hear that from a Health Coach.

Real Raw Chocolate is actually super good for you. There are amazing health benefits and it actually helps us decrease our sweet cravings. Unlike the processed chocolate you might be used to eating where you could eat an entire bag of peanut M&M’s and still have the desire and need to devour another bag. (That used to be me!)

Now I satisfy my sweet cravings with the real stuff and I no longer get headaches or come down with the sugar blues (which is when you get tons of energy after consuming sweets and then crash 20 minutes later and look for the closest place you can take a nap!
