Happy Heart’s Day Smoothie Recipe
Grocery List:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Handful of spinach
- A few strawberries (frozen organic strawberries are great to use since strawberries are out of season)
- 1 teaspoon of Maca Powder
- 1 spoonful of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
- A Little bit of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- A handful of cacao nibs
Directions:
- Toss everything into blender except shredded coconut and Goji berries
- Blend and then put shredded coconut & cacao nibs on top
- Drink & feel the love 🙂
