How Meghan Got Rid Of Her Chronic Cystic Acne For Good

One of my favorite parts about what I do is keeping in touch with clients after we’ve worked together and checking in to see how they are doing from time to time. I recently caught up with Meghan, who was part of my Fall 2019 group program dedicated to hormonal health.

Meghan joined the program for three reasons, she wanted to get to the root cause of her chronic cystic acne that she’d been dealing with since her mid-twenties, reduce cramps the day of her period and the pain she felt during ovulation that she’d been experiencing since having children.

Making lifestyle and diet changes is never easy, but within a few weeks of being in my five-week group program we were able to pinpoint the two main foods which were the root of her acne, so exciting after dealing with this for 15 years! She also saw a huge reduction in her ovulation pain and cramps the following month. Flash forward to this week, Meghan is sharing with us how she’s been doing. I’d love for you to watch our chat and hear in Meghan’s own words what was the most helpful for her health and hormones.
