This post might be a little TMI for you, but ladies wouldn’t it be amazing if every month you didn’t have cramps right before your period?
We are so used to having cramps and PMS every single month, that we just believe they are a normal part of being a woman.
But what if you didn’t have cramps… what if you didn’t break out every single month and what if you didn’t cry and scream right before your period began?
Seriously you would feel lighter, joyful and more balanced in your body… right?
When Julie first came to me she hated her period! She was a complete mess every month, breakouts, fights with her boyfriend and just feeling extremely overwhelmed with her job and personal life.
Her OBGYN told her it was normal to feel this way and each month she suffered thinking this was the norm…she just had to get through those few days before she felt “normal” in her body again.
Plus all of her friends felt the same way too, so she just went along with it until her hormones started to effect her almost every single day of the month… and then she had it!
PMS and cramps are not supposed to be a normal part of being a woman! They are actually our bodies way of telling us that something is off. We have the power through food and movement to help our body get back into balance.
After working together for a few months Julie’s cycle was at 28 days, the first time in her life, she was no longer breaking out and better yet wasn’t having fights with her boyfriend that time of the month.
“I just had the best period of my life,” Julie told me during one of our sessions. “I have no PMS or cramps and I’m no longer grumpy and tired.”
The way you are feeling today, doesn’t have to be the way you always feel. I’m here to help you create more balance in your body and hope you enjoy one of my favorite treats that I eat to help balance my hormones.
