Quick & Easy Overnight Oats Recipe 

I love quick and easy recipes that require minimal effort. This quick and easy overnight oats recipe does just that and is a great way to start your morning. Full of fiber and protein, it is sure to help you feel satisfied and ready to start the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup coconut milk [depending on how thick you like it]
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp of coconut flakes
  • ½ tbsp of cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup of cashews
  • 1/4 of sunflower and pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds
  • A teaspoon of almond butter

Directions:

  1. Add the coconut milk with oats, almond oil and chia seeds into the glass container. Leave in fridge overnight
  2. In the morning add any nuts/seeds/nut butter/coconut flakes and cacao nibs of your choosing.
