Do you ever feel like you are your own worst enemy? Between over scheduling yourself, constantly saying YES to things you really don’t want to do or maybe eating your emotions instead of being honest with yourself and others?
Sometimes it might feel easier to be the nice, agreeable woman and just go along with things but what is this really costing you?
Perhaps you are staying later at work because you helped others most of the day and are now just getting around to your workload… or maybe you really like the way you do things at home and find it hard to ask for help and you are the last one crawling into bed every night?
Women are born multitaskers but that doesn’t mean we should be creating to-do lists every day and trying to get more done in less time because so often what we are really craving is space and time to take care of ourselves.
Because let’s face it… after you take care of everything and everyone there is usually little or no time for you.
But an even deeper and more important question I want you to explore is… why are you putting everything and everyone else first? What is really blocking you from becoming your healthiest self?

Because when we can get out of our own way this is when the magic happens… it becomes easier to incorporate more fruits and veggies into our diet, it becomes easier to stop overworking and it becomes easier to be kinder to ourselves.
