Grocery List:
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 banana
- A handful of spinach
- A handful of Kale
- 1 teaspoon of Maca
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of wheat grass
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- A dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Toss everything into your blender/Nutri Bullet/Magic Bullet
- Blend it
- ENJOY
