Do You Crave Sugar?

Here are my 5 top tips on how you can reduce this craving in your body without depriving yourself!

1. Eat Real Chocolate 

  • Raw Cacao actually helps decrease your sugar cravings while providing tons of anti-oxidants, iron, magnesium, fiber and vitamin C. When you crave chocolate it is your body asking for these nutrients.
  • Insteadof reaching for that processed candy bar which only leaves you wanting more…satisfy your body with real chocolate and you will need less of it to satisfy your body.

2. Drink Water 

  • The first thing you want to drink in the morning is water and continue all day long. This will help decrease your cravings for sweets!

3. Exercise

  • Aim for at least 30 minutes a day! Your body loves to move and the more it does the less it craves sweets!

4. De-Stress your life!

  • What is the trigger point in your life? It is your boss or your to do list? Work towards letting go of things at work or at home. Incorporate mediation and yoga into your daily life and remember to breathe!

5. Eat Greens! 

  • The more greens you put into your body the better! Try to eat greens at every meal to get your body back in balance
