Many of the women that I support locally in California are starting to love juicing and making smoothies at home but are on the go a lot for work. I put together this fun list of a few of my favorite juice and smoothie places in Southern California for these lovely ladies and had to share it with all of you too!

Kreation Juice
- This first one is right now to my Yoga Studio, The Green Yogi in North Manhattan Beach. They have several locations in the LA area and I love their detox greens and their shot of wellness with ginger and cayenne pepper

G’s Juice
- I love this hidden gem in Playa Del Rey! It is next to a Mexican Restaurant, so you would never guess that G’s Juice is connected. Their green juice with apples is delicious!

Cafe Gratitude
- This is my favorite restaurant in all of LA, I love everything about this place. They have amazing detox teas, juices, smoothies and the most incredible food. It is nutritious & delicious!

Apfel
- This small but awesome juice bar is right now to Whole Foods in Redondo Beach and might get overlooked but they have the best juice, I kinda like it better than Whole Foods

Glow
- I’m kinda obsessed with Kimberly Snyder and her Beauty Detox Diet and am also madly in love with her glow bio juice bar.

Whole Foods
- Whenever I am in Whole Foods and am feeling a little low in energy I run over to their juice bar and grab some green juice, the perfect pick up!
