This morning was a bit overcast so I woke up feeling a little slugglish! I knew I needed to get energy fast so I made this delicious green smoothie full of greens and omega-3’s to get my energy levels up. I then did a little yoga session in my living room with a nice long meditation. I am so ready for this day now!

Grocery List:
- Handful of spinach
- A bunch of Kale
- A few leaves of Basil
- A tablespoon of Chia Seeds
- A tablespoon of Flax Seeds
- A tablespoon of peanut butter
- A few ice cubes or water
- A bunch of raspberries
- A few strawberries
- 1 banana
Directions:
- Toss everything together in a Magic Bullet/Blender for 1-2 minutes
- Pour into a glass
- Drink and enjoy 🙂
