Starting My Day Off Right

This morning was a bit overcast so I woke up feeling a little slugglish! I knew I needed to get energy fast so I made this delicious green smoothie full of greens and omega-3’s to get my energy levels up. I then did a little yoga session in my living room with a nice long meditation. I am so ready for this day now!

Grocery List:

  • Handful of spinach
  • A bunch of Kale
  • A few leaves of Basil
  • A tablespoon of Chia Seeds
  • A tablespoon of Flax Seeds
  • A tablespoon of peanut butter
  • A few ice cubes or water
  • A bunch of raspberries
  • A few strawberries
  • 1 banana

Directions:

  • Toss everything together in a Magic Bullet/Blender for 1-2 minutes
  • Pour into a glass
  • Drink and enjoy 🙂
