How Bryn Prepared Her Body For A Healthy Pregnancy

One of the most important things we can do as a woman is to eat in a way that supports our hormones. Not only can we reduce chronic pain, improve our skin, but it’s super helpful to prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy.

Today I’m sharing another client success story with you. I’m honored to introduce you to Bryn. When Bryn reached out to me she’d been experiencing chronic low back pain for ten years, was also struggling with skin issues and after she got married, she and her husband started talking about starting a family. She decided it was time to focus on her health, especially after getting some tests results back and her doctor had concerns about her thyroid.

Through the five-week program, The Happy Healthy Hormones Bootcamp, Bryn was able to reduce the inflammation in her body. She no longer has back pain and her skin has cleared up. Plus she has really happy news, she is expecting a baby girl with her hubby and her thyroid has been totally fine throughout her entire pregnancy.

What I loved most about our chat was hearing how Bryn now knows that whenever she does start to feel a little back pain or she starts to crave sugar again she has all of the tools to help her support her hormones so her body can get back into balance.

By following the tips in my program, Bryn was able to support her body that not only prepared herself to get pregnant, but she’s also had an extremely healthy pregnancy.
