I hope that you have been enjoying the holiday season. We have been getting into the holiday spirit by watching some of our favorite movies like National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and drinking some hot cocoa!
I know how busy we are all during the holidays and there are so many “how to survive the holidays” blog posts out there so I just wanted to chime in for one moment.
My health advice for you is to continue taking care of you; please make sure you are getting enough sleep and time to just enjoy and relax this month. Please don’t worry about that glass of wine or piece of pie, the holidays are only once a year and are so special so please take time to enjoy your family and friends and leave the guilt out of it!
